Sophie is based in our Boston office. She represents wireless landlords in a variety of real estate matters in connection with wireless telecommunication infrastructure.
She works tirelessly to maximize revenue generators such as rent, rent escalators, revenue share, and signing bonuses for commercial and residential landlords. Sophie has extensive experience representing clients in a wide variety of wireless telecommunication transactions, including negotiating new site build agreements and amendments, lease sales, and other related agreements.
Sophie prides herself on being a problem solver and providing programmatic advice to her clients.
Sophie also volunteers with the Unemployment Law Project (in Seattle), providing counsel to citizens of Washington who have been denied unemployment benefits. She routinely represents clients at unemployment benefit hearings before administrative law judges.
Sophie is admitted to practice law in Washington, Oregon, Massachusetts, and Pennsylvania. She is fluent in English and Russian.
