——————–Lawyers seeking MCLE credits… Keep reading—————————————–

For California attorneys seeking California MCLE credits (and potentially credits in other licensed states), and attorneys from other states that accept California MCLEs, here you go!

An application requesting MCLE credit for this activity is pending for approval by the State Bar of California.  If approved for MCLE credit, and we hope it will be, you must do the same old paperwork you’re already used to doing.  You know the drill…

1. Please DOWNLOAD and print the Certificate of Attendance form.  CLICK HERE: SCAN5G-Certificate-of-Attendance Once you have printed it, write in the require information and save it in your files in case you are the subject of a Bar audit.

2. Next, DOWNLOAD and print the Record of Attendance form. CLICK HERE: SCAN5G_Record-of-Attendance Once you have printed it, write in the require information and save it in your files AND EMAIL A COPY BACK TO Kramer@TelecomLawFirm.com.  This is needed in case you are the subject of a Bar audit and they want to verify that you ‘signed up’ for the credits.

3. Then, please DOWNLOAD and print the EVALUATION form. CLICK HERE: SCAN5G_Evaluation-Form  Once you have printed it, write in the information and save it in your files AND EMAIL A COPY BACK TO Kramer@TelecomLawFirm.com.  This really helps to tell us whether we hit a bulls-eye on this or were we just full of bull.

4. For Attorneys seeking credits in other states that accept California MCLE credits: Please follow steps 1 through 3, and then with those forms you’re going to send to Kramer@TelecomLawFirm.com, please be sure to add in your state’s approved MCLE form for out-of-state education.  Please fill it out your state form completely, except for the provider signature.  Once we receive California MCLE approval, we’ll send back the signed form for you to submit to your Bar.  You are responsible for any fees to fill that application, but they usually run just a buck or two an hour.  Such a deal!
