SCAN NATOA will host a panel discussion and workshop on wireless regulatory issues. Come hear experts on both the government and industry side discuss the impacts to your local jurisdiction, with status updates on relevant regulatory and court proceedings. The panel will address the FCC orders such as its September 2018 5G report and order (and pending litigation in the Ninth Circuit, with oral argument scheduled for February 10, 2020), as well as a pending FCC proceeding involving potential amendments to Section 6409(a) rules, as well as case law updates and anticipated impacts to permit fees, pole attachment fees and aesthetic regulation.
