For the fourth year in a row, Jonathan Kramer has been invited to a guest lecturer at Yale University on the subject of telecom law and telecom technology. Jonathan’s lecture, on June 6, 2016 focuses on the intersection of law and tech, and the relationship between the two from a regulatory perspective.
Founder and Principal Attorney Jonathan L. Kramer will be a featured speaker at the National Business Institute’s (NBI) seminar, “Attorneys’ Guide to Local Government Law,” on February 10, 2016 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In his presentation, “Cell Site Leasing for Governments and Private Landlords: Profits, Pitfalls & Prevarications,” Mr. Kramer will discuss vital cell site lease terms, hidden traps within leases, as well as enforcement issues.
This basic-to-intermediate level seminar is designed for government law and private practice attorneys to identify potential risks and addresses best practices for current and future cell site landlords. CLEs will be awarded.
Jonathan Kramer has been invited back for the third time to lecture at Yale University on Internet and Telecom law and technology matters. He will be presenting on January 22, 2015.

Jonathan Kramer has been confirmed as a speaker at Law Seminar International’s “Deployment of Wireless Facilities” conference in Atlanta Georgia on Thursday, Nov. 13, 2014. He will speak on “Section 6409(a) and Modification of Existing Towers and Structures” and related topics.
