Partner Robert May discussed the Federal Communications Commission’s Report and Order regarding wireless facilities siting policies at the States of California and Nevada, National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (SCAN NATOA)’s chapter meeting in Pasadena, CA on January 15. During this presentation, Mr. May walked through new rules for the implementation of Section 6409(a) of the Middle Class Tax Relief & Job Creation Act of 2012 and the “shot clock” applied to wireless facility proposals.
