T-Mobile. or rather “New T-Mobile” as it’s now called, reports that it has closed the purchase of Sprint. This will have very little immediate impact on Sprint and T-Mobile landlords, but it will have a major impact starting some months from now. New T-Mobile is nearly 100% likely to start some terminating leases, and transferring some to Dish Network.
Cell site Landlords should be very careful to NOT simply sign documents they may receive from New T-Mobile or its agents. Contact your wireless attorney first. If you don’t have a wireless attorney, we happen to know some very good wireless attorneys. Ahem.
